Description
High-Performance Component. The Ten Factory 31-Spline Performance Rear Axle Kit is engineered to upgrade and replace the rear axles in Ford 8.8" (10 bolt) differentials, enhancing strength and durability for improved rear end reliability, especially in performance driving or racing applications.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 1541H manganese steel with a black oxide coated finish, this axle set offers corrosion resistance and a sleek look. The kit includes both left and right axles, bearings, seals, and wheel studs for a complete installation.
Installation. Installation requires removing the existing axles and pressing off the old ABS ring, as a new ABS ring is not included. The process requires moderate mechanical skill and no drilling or major modifications.
Warranty. This product includes a 10-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and customer confidence.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 1999 to 2004 Mustang models, excluding the Cobra variant due to different rear axle specifications.
