Description
Performance Suspension Upgrade. The UMI Performance Front and Rear Lowering Springs lower the 4th Gen Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird by 1.25 inches in the front and 1.5 inches in the rear, effectively leveling the vehicle and lowering the center of gravity. This results in precise suspension response and reduced unwanted body motions, enhancing driving confidence on both street and track.
Construction and Appearance. These springs are crafted from high-grade 5160 and 9254 Chrome Silicon wire for exceptional strength and sag resistance. They feature a durable powder-coated finish that provides corrosion resistance and maintains a lasting aesthetic appeal — ensuring long-term performance and appearance.
Installation. Installation requires basic hand tools, a floor jack, jack stands, and a high-quality spring compressor for the front springs. No drilling is necessary; the front springs replace MacPherson-style coil springs, while the rear springs are installed by lowering the solid axle.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 93-02 Camaro.
