When you need a supercharger kit for your Cobra Mustang that delivers 442 horsepower and 390 lb./ft. of torque, you can’t go wrong with the V-3 SCi-Trim Supercharger.
No Oil Lines Required. Vortech designed their V-3 Supercharger to be a self-lubricating gear-driven supercharger that requires no oil lines to your Cobra's 4.6L V8 engine.
Amazing Performance. This V-3 SCi-Trim Supercharger Kit features SQ technology that provides almost-silent operation. Vortech's fuel management upgrade includes high-capacity fuel injectors, high-flow fuel pump and an ECM Chip. An integrated air/water charge cooler configuration allows you to get even more horsepower while still maintaining a maintenance free design. On top of it all, Vortech includes billet aluminum mounting brackets for strength and "factory installed" good looks.
Expert Installation. Proper installation of this supercharger kit requires an expert level of mechanical experience, otherwise, you should bring in the professionals. All of the necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included with the kit.
1-Year Limited Warranty. Vortech warrants the Vortech V-3 Supercharger is free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. See manufacturer's website for details.
CARB Certified. Best of all, this Vortech Supercharger Kit is 50 state legal under CARB EO Number, D-213-17.
Application. This complete satin Vortech V-3 SCi-Trim Supercharger Kit is specifically designed to fit all 1998 Ford Mustang Cobra models.
Please Note. Charged cooled systems will require the battery to be relocated with the use of Vortech's Battery Relocation Kit, part# 8N150-010 (sold separately).
