This twin-screw supercharger has been known to generate up to 2000HP. With a flat torque curve, you get remarkable acceleration performance. This supercharger is vastly superior to your factory 122ci roots-type supercharger. It operates more efficiently, dissipating heat and reducing power consumption as well.

      Whipple Supercharger. The unit features 3/4 asymmetrical rotors for increased RPM. Its larger diameter tubing increases airflow capacity. Meanwhile, its pulley is made with 6061 T6 billet aluminum for incredible strength and long service life. In addition, the supercharger system comes with a 132mm throttle body and a 123mm cold air intake system that drives the power levels up.

      Professional-Level Installation. While the Whipple W185AX 3.8L Intercooled Supercharger Kit comes with OEM connectors and a 2-piece inlet, we still recommend a professional installation. Installing this supercharger will involve complete assembly and disassembly of your engine bay component which could take a day of work to complete.

      Application. This Whipple W185AX 3.8L Intercooled Supercharger Kit in Black is designed to work with the 2007-2012 Ford Mustang GT500 models.
