Description
High-Performance Rear Brake Kit. The Baer Pro+ Rear 4-Lug Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors and Fire Red Calipers is designed to deliver superior stopping power and reliable brake performance. This kit is ideal for upgrading the rear braking system on performance applications requiring larger brake rotors and multi-piston calipers.
Construction and Appearance. The 6-piston calipers are CNC machined from US sourced forged or billet aluminum for durability and precision, finished with a powder-coated coating for corrosion resistance. The rotors feature a 2-piece slotted and drilled design with zinc plating and billet aluminum hats, providing efficient heat dissipation and an aggressive appearance.
Installation. The kit installs directly on the OE Ford 8.8” C-clip rear end with 4 lug axles and requires no drilling. A master cylinder upgrade is recommended to ensure optimal braking performance.
Warranty. This product includes the manufacturer’s standard warranty to guarantee quality and reliability.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 1979-1992 Ford Mustang models equipped with the OE Ford 8.8" C-clip rear end and 4 lug axles. Upgrading the master cylinder is advised for these vehicles to maximize brake system efficiency.
