The Baer SS4 Rear 5-Lug Big Brake Kit with 12-Inch Rotors and Comp Yellow Calipers is engineered to deliver powerful and reliable stopping performance for the 1993 Mustang. It upgrades the rear braking system with high-quality calipers and rotors designed to excel under demanding driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This brake kit features S4 calipers CNC machined from US-sourced forged or billet aluminum, finished with a durable powder coat. The 12-inch rotors are zinc plated and slot drilled to enhance heat dissipation and improve braking response. Stainless steel braided hoses are included to ensure reliability and longevity of the system.
Installation. This brake kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade with no rotor or caliper modifications required for installation. It fits specifically without the need for drilling or additional custom fitting on the designated application.
Application. Designed specifically for the 1993 Ford Mustang with the OE Ford 8.8 inch c-clip rear end and five-lug wheel pattern, excluding Cobra models. A master cylinder upgrade is recommended to optimize braking performance with this kit.
