Improves Traction And Handling. Replace your stock upper control arm with a BMR Suspension adjustable rear upper control arm for improved traction, quicker launches, and to eliminate "wheel hop" ensuring you're getting all your ponys to the pavement.

On Car Adjustable. The BMR Suspension S197 Mustang Upper Control Arm is on-car double adjustable allowing you to dial in your suspensions settings "on-the-fly" whether you're at home or at the track.

Polyurethane Bushings. This BMR Adjustable Upper Control Arm uses greaseable spiral fluted polyurethane bushings resulting in great traction during straight-line acceleration and predictable grip during hard cornering.

Tubular Construction. Made in the USA from TIG welded 1-5/8" diameter heavy wall .120 DOM steel tubing for superior strength and rigidity, this BMR Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm is completed in a durable black hammer-tone powdercoat finish for great looks and long life.

Recommended Upgrade. It is highly recommend to upgrade your stock upper control arm mounting bracket to a BMR Rear Upper Control Arm Mount when installing a BMR Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm on a S197 Mustang. Failure to do so may result in a loud clunking noise without the BMR Upper Control Arm Mount installed.

Application. The BMR Suspension Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm with Polyurethane Bushings is designed for all 2011 to 2014 Mustangs including the V6, GT, Bullitt, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models.

My car is lowered 1.5" with BMR Coils and BMR fixed lower arms, and a OEM upper control arm. I have a one pc aluminum driveshaft. Is this adjustable upper of any benefit to me from the adjustment standpoint?

    • The BMR Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm will allow you to adjust the orientation of your rear axle, to correct pinion angle, which can help extend u joint life span, decrease driveline vibrations, and provide a minor traction increase.

      BMR Rear UCA

Great product. No more wheel hop. Ride did stiffen up as expected. I did order the BRM bracket and bolt because I had a few issues with fitment. Overall great product happy to have it on my car handling has improved immensely

Easy to install and adjust product

BMR is one of the best suspension manufacturers out there and this part is amazing. Install isn't too difficult, the fit and finish is great, and adjusting the arm is pretty easy. I highly recommend this product just be aware of the added NVH due to the poly bushings.

Extremely Noisy going over bumps . I went back to the stock 2 piece . I use My car as A daily driver and the creaking noise was too annoying

      BMR Adj UCA

Install wasn't too bad. Did it all myself in my driveway. I got the adjustable to correct my pinion angle after lowering my mustang, and setting it was kind of a pain as you had to work it at an odd angle to get it lined up, but once that was done and set, everything was great.

Suprised at how awesome these part were

This is the real deal, these parts are great quality and are bigger and more meaty than the picture states. BMR is the only way for me from now on.

      Wheel hop go bye-bye

Did a lot of research and read a lot of feedback on this website and forums. Wheel hop was horrible, but knew controls arms were my answer. I changed just the upper control arm and most of my wheel hop is completely gone!!! Love the power from the wheels into the street not on top of the street.

      Easy to adjust

Replaced a whiteline upper with a bmr, mainly because of the ease of adjusting the pinion angle. Product looked great and functions perfectly.

      Great Quality

Does not feel cheap at all. I feel much more confident accelerating over bumps and hard acceleration in general. Installed along with LCAs, panhard bar, and lowering springs.

      GREAT UCA!!!

I head lowered my car and replace the lower control arms some time ago and thought I could get away with the stock UCA. Even though I have a two piece driveshaft, I decided to change to this BMR unit. Once it was installed and the pinion angle was set, all I can say is holy cow what a difference! The rear really feels connected to the road now more than ever before! And this BMR assembly is truly heavy duty compared to the stock one. It is Bulletproof!

      Well worth every penny.

Took a little time to install on jack stands, my advise is to use a lift if you can so all four corners go up at the same time and you don't bind the suspension. The product is superior, I bought both the BMR mounting bracket and adjustable control arm, don't re-use the stock mount, it's junk sheet metal, see my pictures. My OEM Pirelli's are almost worn out, can't wait to get new rubber and see how this thing hooks up. Even with pretty well worn tires I can tell the difference. Do the lower control arms too, makes your car go, not spin and hop. I recommend 100.

Great product hooks up like a beast!!!!!

Awesome product great fitment installation isn't too bad. Removing the back seat to get to the main bolt is necessary not hard though definitely wanna do this install on a lift makes it easy. Strongly recommend adjustable lca the sway bar relocation kit and also the control arm relocation kit for maximum hooking! Get all suspenion parts matching me myself I'm a BMR man that's all I use

Not even comparable to stock parts

I had already upgraded to BMR LCAs, and their adjustable PHB. I also have Whiteline relocating brackets and Roush springs. So it only made since to install the BMR UCA and mount. First thing I noticed was actually a reduction in drivetrain noise coming in to the car. Having the correct pinion angle now must have helped. It wasn't bad before, but it is practically gone now. I haven't put many miles on it yet, but I can tell it has improved the last weak link in the factory suspension. Absolutely no more wheel hop, ever. I autocross my car some, and plan to attend a local event this weekend. I will get good feedback on other handling improvements then. BMR products really are top shelf.

Needed for drop and pinion angle

0 wheel hop after this install. None. Nada. 100 gone. Get this UCA if you have a drop and need to set your pinion angle OR just want a stronger and better UCA at stock length - allowing you to further dial in your pinion for optimal setup now or later after a drop. Pair this with the upper mount PLEASE - do both at once. You're welcome. A slight pain in the rear to get dialed in due to the limited amount of space with the over-axles but if you remove the driver's side over-axle when dialing your pinion in you will have a MUCH easier time.

      BMR upper

Like many people have said, the product looks like some of the welds aren't completed. I took it to the shop I had install they said it wouldnt be an issue. But other than that the car hooks up like a dream now. No more wheel hop.
