works but there is a but

Installed BMR control arms (upper and lower) and panhard bar. Was trying to get rid of clucking on a 2012 V6 that had 110K miles on it. The clunking was reduced sufficiently but not totally, and road noise at 75-80mph became quite a lot worse. Handling wise, feels like it brought it back to "like new" state.

      Good product

The control arm is defiantly a good buy. Relatively cheap and good quality. Defiantly take this one over any of the others, I didn't get the adjustable because I daily drive my car and didn't see a need for it. Never had an issue with it. It did take some time to wear in (about a week). Was kinda a pain in the but to install with the bracket, primarily the one bolt on top. Overall very good

      good product except....

all in all this upper control arm was a good for the price and it definitely helped stiffen up the rear end but after only driving the car about 15 miles i looked under the car for a completely different reason and noticed that the grease fitting had already broken off. an easily fixable problem so all in all a good part and no other problems besides that.

      waste of money

really didn't reduce wheel hop or help my traction at all. just a waste of money. same goes for the lower control arms. i would go with rtr if you're looking for control arms.

      Burning Rubber

I have a 2011 GT with 355 gears. Added parts include Steeda CAI, 3 inch magnaflow X-pipe, catback system and a Bama tune. I replace SR lower control arms for wheel hop issues but saw little improvement. I than installed the BMR upper control arm and mount, wheel hop reduced by 90. I wasn't satisfied so I installed BMR Panhard bar, wheel hop gone. So if you have severe wheel hop like myself, I suggest installing lower control arms, upper control arm and mount and panhard bar at the same time. The $450 you spend on these parts will make your face smile instead of the frustration of wheel hopping all over the road.

      upper control arm

the BMR upper control arm is a beefy piece. Getting everything out and back in with the correct torgue specs is a bear. It wasn't the easiest bolt on, but it made a difference in how the car handles. Cheater bars are a must and if you have good air tools I suggest you use them. Be safe, take your time.

The feel and response of the car is so much better than the stock control arms. Should have been a factory installed item. Very happy with the BMR products line.

      BMR is great.

With taking your time, you can have this done by noon or by afternoon. Product is great and the instructions they provide. This with the lowers will help with your wheel hop and 60'.

      Excellent product

Great product that really works, to firm up the rear end and keep it planted. Zero wheel hop, just planted nasty burns outs or launches , if you control your throttle input.lol Recommended that you use the bmr mounting bracket as well to eliminate any clunk. I am experience a bit of gear whine noise after the install, which was expected. But no noticeable vibrations or harshness. I may experiment with some duns may to quiet the noise a bit. Only noticeable when cruising and holding a consistent rpm on the highway. Either way I'm very happy with this purchase.

      Now I need new tires

Great product, fits perfectly, not as hard to install as I expected. Instructions from BMR were very clear and easy to follow. I bought the upper and lower BMR control arms, I now have zero wheel hop and the car is much more stable under hard acceleration. There is a bit more noise inside the car but it's nothing to make a fuss over. Now all I need are wider wheels and tires to take full advantage of my new found grip on the road.

      Noisey

Install was not that hard. Got this to match the lower arms. But after install, had lots of clunking around town driving and at highway speeds, lots of gear whine. Tried to tighten and adjust as much as possible but the gear noise was just too much to take. Installed the factory upper arm with the aftermarket lowers and noise went away.

      Superb product

The BMR Non-adjustable Upper Control arm lives up to everything it promises. It design is superior to the stock control in its construction and aesthetics. Paired with the BMR Upper Control Arm Bracket, you will see an exponential increase in traction and stability whether you are launching off the line, or pitching it hard into a corner. The products instructions were easy to follow and took a little under 2 hours to install with basic hand tools, torque wrench and strength. Overall rating of the product is an A++.

This product is a huge improvement over stock

Install took about two hours on my 2011 GT500. I also installed the BMR lower control arms. Traction and handling are greatly improved. I now enjoy driving my car even more! Thanks American Muscle!
