Description
Drivetrain Performance Upgrade. The Driveshaft Center Support Bearing Carrier Upgrade with Track/Hard Bushings improves driveline rigidity by replacing the OEM rubber carrier with much stiffer bushings. This product maintains precise driveshaft alignment under load, eliminating slop and sag that degrade performance and cause lag during throttle application and shifts.
Construction and Appearance. The upgrade uses a durable two-part carrier designed to clamp securely around the original bearing, utilizing high-durometer bushings significantly stiffer than stock components. This ensures the driveshaft remains centered and tension-free during aggressive driving and is built to provide lasting durability.
Installation. Installation requires cutting off the OEM carrier for replacement but does not require driveshaft removal. Basic cutting tools and exhaust removal may be necessary to access the center support bearing area.
Application. This product is specifically designed to fit 08-14 Challenger models, providing precise compatibility with this generation and pre-facelift configuration.
