PREMIUM SPLITTER RODS. The Premium GT4 Splitter Rods; 6-Inch; Black Cerakote Finish are designed to reinforce and support aerodynamic splitters, providing durability and stability during high-speed driving. These rods are essential for maintaining the structural integrity of front splitters, ensuring they stay securely in place under aggressive driving conditions.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Manufactured from US mined and milled billet aluminum, these rods feature billet aluminum stand-offs and custom splitter washers for additional protection. The rods receive a UV resistant Cerakote finish in black, which offers a smooth gloss texture and superior resistance to fading caused by prolonged sun exposure. The finish is durable but prone to chipping if struck by large objects.
INSTALLATION. Bumper removal is not required for installation on Dodge Charger or Challenger models. Installation may require basic mechanical knowledge and adaptation, depending on the vehicle. Drilling requirements are not specified and may vary based on fitment.
