Lightweight Thermal Insulator. The Dynamat DynaLiner Lightweight Thermal Insulator; 1/8-Inch is designed to provide superior thermal insulation for automotive applications. It is ideal for installation under trim areas such as doors and inside fiberglass enclosures, helping enhance comfort by reducing heat transfer and improving sound insulation.
Construction and Appearance. Made from a soft, self-adhesive closed cell rubber material, DynaLiner features thousands of tightly packed cells that minimize air infiltration. This closed cell structure provides excellent resistance to water and oil, ensuring the material won't retain moisture or promote rust and mildew. The sheet is durable, crush and tear resistant, with a flexible yet sturdy texture suitable for automotive use.
