This exhaust system is constructed from 100% 304 stainless steel with high-flow, dual-path mufflers featuring 2.50-inch, mandrel-bent tubing and chrome-plated, 4-inch quad tips. It is approximately 30 pounds lighter than the factory exhaust, making it ideal for track and drag racers who are looking to shed unwanted weight.
Exhaust Features. This catback not only emits a race car growl, but also improves exhaust flow with the included x-pipe for an increase in horsepower and torque. The unique design and tuning provides optimum performance, an aggressive muscle car sound and pure driving excitement. This system meets the 95 decibel drive-by noise standard for aftermarket exhaust systems when installed in stock applications.
Moderate Installation. Borla designed this Catback Exhaust for Ford Performance to be a simple bolt-on install using the factory hanger locations. With some basic hand tools and the included required hardware, this installation can be completed in just 2 hours. No extra modifications to your Mustang are necessary.
