      Description

      More Power. Add even more power to your supercharged Shelby GT500 Mustang by replacing the restrictive stock air box with a high flow JLT Performance Super Big Cold Air Intake. The JLT Super Big CAI will improve incoming air flow resulting in an increase of horse power and torque at the rear wheels.

      148mm MAF Housing. With a massive 148mm MAF housing "the largest available on the market" this JLT Cold Air Kit was specially designed for Supercharged Shelby GT500 Mustangs making over 800 rear wheel horsepower.

      Money Saving Reusable Filter. This JLT Super Big cold air intake kit comes complete with a 6" x 9" high flow reusable S&B powerstack air filter. So that means there is no need to go out and buy a new filter every few thousand miles. Now you can just clean the filter, re-oil it, save money, and go!

      Easy Installation. The JLT Performance Super Big Cold Air Intake kit was designed to install with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for an easy 1 hour installation.

      Required Upgrade. Installation of this Cold Air Intake will require the use of a Mustang Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for operation.

      Application. This JLT Super Big Cold Air Intake is specifically designed for use on the 2007-2009 Shelby GT500 Mustangs equipped with an aftermarket Whipple Superchargers Kit. A new computer tune is required.

      • The coupler on the JLT Performance Super Big Air Cold Air Intake is made to fit with the throttle body that is on the Whipple Supercharger

      • The JLT Performance Super Big Air Cold Air Intake is designed to fit an 07-09 GT500 with Whipple Supercharger. Unfortunately, it will not fit your Kenne Bell.

      I recently purchased a JLT SUPER BIG AIR COLD AIR INTAKE (07-09 GT500), my question is which tuner should I purchase for this intake?

      • With the JLT Super Big Air Cold Air Intake (07-09 GT500 w/ Whipple Supercharger) as long as you have the factory blower on your car, the Bama X4/SF4 Power Flash Tuner w/ 2 Custom Tunes (07-09 GT500) will be a great tuner for this intake and your car.

      is this will fit on OEM TB and OEM Eaton SC for 5.4L ?

      • The JLT Super Big Air Cold Air Intake (07-09 GT500 w/ Whipple Supercharger) is designed to fit specifically in a gt500 with a Whipple, obviously. What is important about this is where the cold air intake installs because of the placement of the throttle body. If your Eaton has a similar setup than the Whipple then your chances are likely, however it may require modifications. I would suggest contacting Eaton directly to make sure they are confident this would work with their application.
