      Description

      Manage More Power. The factory OEM alternator power wire was not designed to carry the larger loads that high AMP replacement alternators produce, that is why it is so important to upgrade your Mustang's power wire when you upgrade the alternator. Installing this SR Performance Premium Power Wire Upgrade Kit will allow you to safely manage the extra electrical capacity of a high AMP alternator.

      Premium Wire. SR Performance manufactures their Premium Power Wire Kits from the highest quality #4 gauge wire, with increased number of strands, electrolytic copper and bundle wrapping to reduce the noise in high end sound systems. All this while still being incredibly flexible and sporting a show quality finish.

      Application. This SR Performance Premium Power Wire Kit will work with your factory alternator; however, it's designed for use in 1994-2014 Mustangs with higher than stock AMP alternators, including V6, GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, Cobra and BOSS 302 models. This Power Wire Kit is not compatible with Shelby GT500 models.
