Hey everybody, I'm Justin with americanmuscle.com. This is my quick breakdown and sound clips of the Pypes Pype-Bomb Axle-Back Exhaust system available for your 2015 Mustang GT.So the Pype-Bomb is a system that Pypes developed a few years ago to be a very budget friendly axle-back that will live up to the name of Pype-Bomb and give you that very aggressive tone that most of us Mustang owners are after. Now the system was such a hit that they pretty much developed a kit for every generation Mustang and now it's available for your 2015 Mustang. As you all just heard, this thing definitely delivers that super aggressive tone and for a price that might just be one of the most affordable here with the new 2015 Mustangs. Now as I did mention earlier, this thing has been very popular with previous generations. In fact, you can check out over 100-plus reviews for the S197 Coyote crowd to hear what this thing might sound like on your own Coyote Mustang.Pypes stuck with the same formula here for the new 2015 axle-back and this includes full stainless steel construction, the two and a half inch mandrel bent tubing, and of course these massive four inch resonated tips, the calling card of any Pybe-Bomb system. It is worth mentioning, guys, that even though I do have the polished version here with me today in this video, Pypes does offer the same exact axle-back but in an anodized black finish if you're after that stealthy look. You guys should all know the deal by now when it comes to 2015 axle-back installs. Yes, you do have to cut, but it's a lot easier than you might think. Now do yourself a favor. Get a fresh sawzall blade before getting started. Of course, wear your eye protection. Measure twice and cut once. And you should be making some noise in less than an hour from start to finish.Either way, guys, if you do need any help whatsoever, you can always give us a call here at AM. One of our Mustang experts will be more than happy to help you out. So, if you guys are looking to crank up the volume on that new Coyote powered GT and you don't wanna spend a ton of dough in the process, then be sure to check out the always popular Pype-Bomb Axle-Back from Pypes right here at americanmuscle.com.

Great sound and all but I had the hangers on both sides break around 5k miles, no biggie they replaced it. Replacement broke tried to fix it but metal is so cheap it just pops. Also “lifetime warranty” for a reason and they give you issues when trying to make a claim on their cheap products. Not happy at all better off using some pvc for your exhaust lolHelpful (0)

The Cross-bar, or whatever you want to call the bar that goes into the molding to hold the pipe in place, broke off at the weld mid-drive down the highway and scraped up the bottom of the pipe.Helpful (1)

Great Bang for your Buck!!
Because my wife’s car only had 9000 miles, I removed the whole cat back, as it is the first point of disconnect, to make it easier to line up the cuts. Once the old mufflers were off, reinstalled the stock portion, slipped these in place and lined them up, then tightened the clamps down. Super simple, aligned perfect, perfect fit, sound is amazing. Wife loves them, and she is incredibly picky!!Helpful (4)

The Pype bomb paired with an SR Performance X-Pipe sound amazing. There is a drone at 2k rpm but that is expected with an exhaust.Helpful (4)

Perfectly loud with a great tone. I love hearing the car roar as I go past an underpass. This is exactly what your mustang is missingHelpful (3)

these are made very well. They sound good and I get lots of 'Man that sounds Good". The only draw back is they are a little too loud and drone at times.Helpful (3)
i installed these and they are much louder than in the video clips. The pulsing and drone on the highway in sixth gear are almost unbearable. If you try to go up an incline the pulsing gets so intense it feels like your ears need to pop. I didn't expect these to be quiet by any means but wow totally different than the video sound clips. any help would be appreciated
I apologize that you aren't satisfied with the way this axle-back sounds. There are a few ways you can dampen the noise. If you do not have catalytic converters on the car, I suggest adding them back on. Also, if you have an x-pipe, you can replace it with an h-pipe. This will give the car more of a lower tone than a high pitched one. This should help quiet the car down.
I see that the V6 is not listed. Will this be compatible with a 2015 3.7L Mustang?
Unfortunately this axle back exhaust will not be compatible with the S550 3.7L Mustang.
Will this fit on a right hand drive?
We cannot confirm fitment with right hand drive models.
I have these Pype-Bombs on my 2016 Gt PP and if I replaced the stock resonator with a Borla Touring Resonator Muffler would it sound good and work together?
This will be a personal preference and will be up to you as each person has a different taste in sound. Doing the resonator will help deepen the sound of your car if this is what you are after.
I have purchased a set of wheel spacers from am,1.5 inch rear and 1inch to front and I have fitted these however one side is lower and this side is quite low to the body.. What could be the reason for this? Thanks
If the axle-backs are sitting at an odd angle, it may be because of the hangers. I suggest checking the hangers on that side to see if any of them are bent.
The Pypes Black Pype-Bomb Axle-Back Exhaust comes in a black gloss finish.
