      Construction and Appearance. Forged from aircraft-grade 4340 chromoly steel, these rods undergo rigorous X-ray and ultrasonic testing for flaw detection. They feature a shot-peened finish for enhanced surface strength and stress relief. Precision CNC-machined ARP 8740 chromoly steel bolts are heat-treated with rolled threads to improve fatigue resistance. The rods present a clean, matte metallic texture combined with a durable H-beam design.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward for experienced engine builders and requires no modification or drilling. The specially doweled caps ensure precise cap-to-rod alignment, simplifying assembly and enhancing reliability.

      Warranty. These connecting rods include a 12-month limited worldwide warranty.
