      Product Information

Features, Description, Reviews, Q&A, Specs & Installation

      Features

      • Burn Out / Line Lock System
      • Perfect for Drag Racers
      • Protects Rear Brakes from Wear & Tear
      • Works with Anti-Lock Brakes & Traction-Control
      • Fits All 2010 to 2014 Mustangs

      Description

Line Lock System. Line lock systems, sometimes know as a Roll-Control Package, allows the driver to "lock up" the front brakes while letting the rear wheels spin free to heat up the rear tires in the burnout box for better traction down the track. Not only is it a great way to warm up your tires, but you can also use the system to prevent a manual transmission cars from rolling out of the staging beams at the starting line.

How It Works. The SR Performance Brake-Control Line Lock Kit works by simply pressing the brake pedal and flipping the brake-control solenoid switch on. Remove your foot from the pedal, and the solenoid maintains line pressure to the front brakes until the switch is released. This saves wear and tear on your car's rear brake components from the old "left foot on the brake and right foot on the gas" method.

Complete Kit. The SR Performance Line Lock Kit comes complete and includes a waterproof epoxy molded electrical solenoid, activation switch, indicator light, 4-amp fuse, CNC-bent steel lines, mounting hardware and installation instructions.

Application. This SR Performance Line Lock Burn Out Kit is a bolt-on modification for all 2010-2014 Mustangs including the V6, GT, BOSS and Shelby GT500 models.

Sr performance lineloc should you buy it or not??

I bought the lineloc and once I installed it the kit didn't work. Contacted customer service and I sent the one I had in and then I received a replacement. Here is where it gets messed up. I am disabled and I can't work on my own vehicles. So I waited for a several months and had someone install it for me . Now this one was bad also. I contacted customer service and they decided that it was too old for them to do anything to help me out. I know that it hasn't been no more than 6 months since I received the original replacement part. I'm not asking for slot. I just want them to cover the defective product. The Price is alot for myself to buy. I just want a replacement part and for them to cover the part with the warranty that was covered like the first time.

        SR Performance Line Lock

Everything was great Instructions could have been a little clearer on where the brake lines hooked up... better pictures would have helped... but not bad Hard to bleed the brakes when done (1-2 hours) Had to use a power bleeder to get the air out of the anti-lock

        Don't waste your money

This link lock throws advance track code. You can not talk to a live person in support for this product . We are trying to use on a 2012 gt500. Using a professional installer . After working with this and researching online we found out that many people have the same problem with this product. No support line or phone number you have to e mail and hope they get back with you . Still waiting at this time for response would hate to have to have to uninstall and send back . This reseller usually has high quality products. This is not one of those products .

        friends ride

I sent my line lock back and am going to put the money toward a Boss intake. Friend has line lock and it is not only fun but can really make tires sticky for a super launch.

I see one comment says it throws a code. Has this been corrected? I don't want my check engine light staying on because of installing this. Thanks!

      • This will not throw a check engine light code as long as it is installed properly.
