Description
Increases Mustang 5.0L Engine Output With SQ Technology. Got an early fourth-gen Ford Mustang powered by a 5.0L V8 engine? With the Vortech V-1 H/D Ti-Trim Supercharger Tuner Kit in a satin finish, you can take your engine output of 215 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque to 319 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque. That’s a boost of 104 horsepower and 85 lb-ft of torque! And this is made possible by SQ technology, which consists of an integrated air/water dual-pass charge cooler configuration for providing the coolest air possible for optimal internal combustion.
Permits Custom Tuning and Fuel Modifications. Since this is not a complete system—without the fuel system upgrades or ECM programming—you can tune and modify it according to your racing preferences.
Covered by Three-Year Limited Warranty. For three years after the purchase date, Vortech warranties this supercharger kit to be free from any defects in its material and workmanship.
Expert-Level Installation. This supercharger requires an expert level of technical skill to install. It can take over 6 hours to finish the job.
Tuner Kit. Tuner Kits include the Supercharger Head Unit, piping, mounting bracketry and parts required for basic installation. Tuner Kits do not include fuel components, electronic components, programmer or calibration. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.
Application. The Vortech V-1 H/D Ti-Trim Supercharger Tuner Kit in a satin finish fits all 1994–1995 Ford Mustang 5.0L models. It is sold as a kit. As a V-1 H/D supercharger, this kit requires oil lines to the engine for lubrication.
