The Aeromotive BoostWorx Auto-On Triple Fuel Pump Control System creates a sophisticated, stand-alone returnless fuel delivery setup that replicates the operation of mechanical fuel pressure regulators found in OEM systems. It precisely manages fuel pressure relative to manifold pressure, delivering reliable, consistent performance for high-demand dual or triple pump configurations.
Durable Construction and Appearance. Featuring a compact, rugged design rated for 80A continuous use, this controller utilizes cross-linked polyethylene wiring and UL94-rated components to ensure safe and reliable operation. OEM Delphi/Aptiv style electrical connections provide professional-grade durability, while the textured finish is optimized for automotive environments.
Installation. Moderate technical skill is required to install this controller by integrating it with the supplied MAP sensor and wiring harness. The process is simplified by detailed wiring diagrams. Some adaptation of pump hangers may be necessary to accommodate bypass fuel flow, but no drilling is required.
Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Designed for universal applications requiring a manifold-referenced, returnless fuel system. Some adaptation may be needed for specific pump hangers or plumbing configurations. Returnless systems must include a proper safety overpressure valve as specified.
