The Aeromotive ReturnX Single Pump Control System for Naturally Aspirated Engines is a stand-alone fuel pump speed controller designed to optimize pump operation based on engine vacuum. It uses pulse width modulation to reduce power consumption, lowering fuel temperatures and extending pump life while ensuring adequate fuel delivery across varying engine loads.
Construction and Appearance. This control system features a rugged, compact enclosure with OEM-quality Delphi/Aptiv electrical connectors and durable cross-linked polyethylene wiring. It incorporates UL94 rated components, designed for reliable operation under automotive conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically requires no drilling or extensive modifications. The system integrates easily with existing fuel pump wiring and manifold vacuum sources for MAP sensor connection.
Warranty. Comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase with proof.
Application. Designed for universal use on naturally aspirated engines with return-style fuel systems; some adaptation may be required depending on vehicle setup.
