Aggressive Tone. Don't let your Mustang whimper at the starting line; let it roar with the Mach Force-Xp 3" Aggressive Toned Cat-Back Exhaust System from AFE Power. Its massive 3-inch stainless steel tubes replace your stock 2.25-inch pipes for increased exhaust flow, while the free-flowing, dual 4-inch mufflers pull out the high pitched tones, leaving just a pure snarl.

More Horsepower. AFE Power's Mach Force-Xp isn't just about sound. Its bigger size allows for more exhaust to pass through and its equalizer balance tube intelligently apportions exhaust pulses for more efficient flow. The result is impressive: demonstrated power gains of up to 12 horsepower and 10 ft/lbs of torque to the rear wheels.

Sturdy Construction. The Mach Force-Xp 3 Exhaust System features some serious hardware including 3-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing and 304 stainless steel tips with glossy black coating. What's more, the entire part is MIG-welded to guarantee durability and strength.

Bolt-On Installation. As a direct bolt-on upgrade, AFE Power gives you everything you need to install the Mach Force-Xp 3" Sport Toned Cat-Back Exhaust System.

Application. The Mach Force-Xp 3" Sport Toned Cat-Back Exhaust System is made to fit 2015 - 2017 V6 Fastbacks (excluding convertibles).

Are these new in the mustang market? From the ONE video i could find on youtube it sounded absolutely amazing. It blew the Borla Atak out of the water. However im not too sure what other mods that mustang had. I am wondering why AM hasnt put up a sound clip video? Id really like to know more about this product.

  • This exhaust is not that new to the Mustang market. Unfortunately, we do not have a video yet for this exhaust and will definitelykeep this in mind when making new sound clip videos for the exhaust systems we carry. AFE themselves, do have a sound clip of this exhaust on their site that you would definitely be able to check out in the meantime.

I chose this exhaust over the Borka ATAK because I wanted the Xpipe that this one offers. I was a little nervous to pick this over the tried and true borla due to the lack of sound clips and AM having no video on it. BUT THIS EXHAUST IS AMAZING. Worth EVERY DIME. On the freeway ride home from the shop I turned 3 heads (I counted). I couldn't help but smile the entire ride. You get an amazing tone with perfect volume. Once you're a high gear at low RPM's there is no drone or noise. But when youre on it it sounds absolutely amazing. There is some drone but it's worth it. The factory did it for $110 and it took about an hour. Everything went on smoothly and simply. I truly don't think Borla would have offered me as much of a bang for my buck as this product did. Extremely pleased.

    It's definitely loud

I've been wanting to purchase an exhaust for my V6 mustang for quite some time and finally decided to pull the trigger. When it finally arrived I was slightly displeased to find that some of the pipes were bent at the connection points but I sorted this out in about half an hour and got everything to fit. Other than that, installation was easier than expected as everything else fit right in place. My only issue was the 2.25" to 3" adapters right behind the cats were just a little loose which caused a slight leak but I managed to resolve that as well. This exhaust does sound great at startup and idol, has a deep throaty tone at lower RPMs and has almost an exotic, higher pitched, raspy note above 3,000. As this was my first aftermarket exhaust, I was not expecting it to be this loud. Again, IT IS LOUD so be aware of that before you make the purchase. Aside from the sheer volume, the one very bad drawback is the drone. Unless you keep it under 1,500 RPMs, this exhaust will have very very noticeable drone in the cabin and I can see this getting very old very quick. I've only had it installed for 2 days but so far, the drone at its worst is comparable to take off in a big airplane. So to recap, it's a good sounding, very loud exhaust with pretty bad drone.
