Description
Increase Your Performance. The Ford Coyote 5.0 is a great powerplant for your Mustang. Part of Ford's modular engine line-up it is an engine that produces the same power as some of its competitors but with a smaller displacement, but let's face it, you can always use more horsepower - especially when you want to hit the track. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted H-Pipe will give you that additional power and form an excellent foundation for you to build on with any other "go-fast" parts.
Premium Build Quality. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted H-Pipe is completely made of 304 stainless steel and has 3/8" thick, laser-cut flanges that resist warping so you will not have any leaks. The inlets are hand-ported and TIG welded for durability and performance. The 1-3/4" primaries come together in merge collectors that have scavenger spikes welded in to increase exhaust flow speed and thus performance. The catalytic converters are comprised of 200 cell metallic substrates for performance and light weight.
Installation Notes. Be aware that you may have to do some cutting to remove your old exhaust system and some welding to install this new header system to connect with the existing back-end of your current exhaust. Other than that though, this is a straight forward installation that will bolt right in with just a mechanic's tool set.
Application. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted H-Pipe fits 2011-2014 Ford Mustang GT Models.
