    Required For 5.0 coyote Swap. Dropping a brand new coyote 5.0 engine in your 1979 to 2004 Mustang is a great way to add more power to your Pony, but it will require some modifications including a new set of headers. These BBK Long Tube Headers were specifically designed just for the 5.0L coyote engine swap.

    Quality Construction. BBK Long Tube Headers are manufactured from 1-3/4" CNC mandrel bent tubing with 3" collectors for unrestricted exhaust flow. One-piece laser cut header flanges add strength, leak-free performance and an OEM fit. These headers are then completed in a bright chrome finish for great muscle car looks and a long life.

    Required Upgrade. A BBK off-road or catted shorty x-pipe is required for installation of these Long Tube Headers. (see drop down option above).

    Application. These BBK Long Tube Chrome Headers are specifically designed to be used when installing the 4 valve coyote 5.0L engine in a 1979 to 2004 Ford Mustang.

    Fitment Note. These BBK Long Tube Headers were designed using a Maximum Motorsports K-member and manual transmission. May not clear other combinations.

    Technical notes. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; intended for off road use only.

      Great budget headers

      Fitment was tight in a couple areas, but to be expected. No clearancing of the headers or body was needed for install on my ‘04 Mustang. All hardware, gaskets, and extension harnesses included. Best bang for buck!!

      These headers have a proprietary ball flange size on them, so unless you're planning to spend another chunk if change on their x pipe, prepare to have to modify these.

      coyote swap headers

      They look great on my 92 Notch with coyote swap. Plenty of clearance and solid construction. Paired these with BBK 3" X pipe, flow master 40 series and 3" duals all the way back! Car sounds amazing...

      BBK Coyote Swap Headers

      I have been putting together my coyote swapped fox for the past few months now. Recently I picked up the headers, which thankfully BBK makes and American Muscle keeps in stock. These headers took a lot of the headache out of the swap. I have a Team Z tubular K-member and these headers fit no problem, although they were designed around the Maximum Motorsport K-member. I haven't started the car up yet, but from previous BBK experience, the sound has always been great, so I gave these ones a good review on that. The headers dropped in very easily, I raised the motor up and they bolted right up to it and everything dropped back down into place. I am happy with the product and would recommend them for anyone else who is thinking about tackling the job of swapping a coyote motor into a fox body.
