Construction and Appearance. Each damper uses a mono-tube body with a linear twin-piston configuration housed in matte black steel sleeves, while polished chrome shock shafts glide through low-friction seals for consistent response. Hard-anodized aluminum lower mounts resist corrosion, and remote reservoirs wear knurled collars for tactile rebound adjustments. Front and rear camber plates integrate spherical pillowball bearings, and custom-rate springs receive a phosphate dip plus durable powder coat to combat chipping and rust, underscoring premium build quality.
Installation. The kit bolts to factory strut towers and knuckle brackets using the supplied high-tensile hardware—no cutting, drilling, or bracket fabrication required. Clearly labeled preload rings and click-indexed adjusters streamline setup, and the versatile installation retains ABS wiring, brake lines, and OEM sway-bar links. With basic sockets, torque wrenches, and a spring spanner, most enthusiasts can complete the swap in an afternoon and fine-tune ride height at driveway level.
Warranty. A limited 1-year warranty covers material defects and workmanship failures under normal street and occasional track use. Should seal leakage, damping fade, or hardware fatigue appear within the coverage window, BC Racing will supply replacement parts or service to restore full performance.
