    Improves Handling. Upgrade your Mustangs suspension to a BMR Panhard Rod to eliminate the unwanted flex and twist commonly found with the poorly designed factory panhard bar. The BMR Suspension Panhard Rod keeps the rear axle located in the optimum position under the rear of the car, dramatically improving traction, cornering and overall handling performance.

    Tubular Construction. Made in the USA from 1.25" diameter heavy wall DOM steel tubing for superior strength and rigidity, this BMR Panhard Bar features spiral-fluted greasable polyurethane bushings. This BMR Panhard Bar is completed in a durable bright red powdercoat finish for great looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.

    Greasable. This BMR Panhard Rod features greasable fittings that allow for easy on car maintenance of the highly durable energy suspension spiral-fluted polyurethane bushings.

    whats the main difference between this one and the adjustable one? besides the fact that ones adjustable and other ones not , is that any other differences?

    Who would benefit from an non adjustable Panhard? I thought Panhard were meant to be adjustable to recenter the rear, what are the best appliances for this one?

    • The BMR Non-Adjustable Panhard Bar is designed for cars that do not need the rear axle recentered, but desire a stiffer bar and stronger bushings to keep the rear more compliant during spirited driving.

      It looks great under the car and it definitely improved the ride of my mustang along with the BMR rear lower control arms!

      its a great additive to your suspension but unless you've got superhuman senses you wont feel a difference but it does.

      Did The Job

      My previous bar was bent so installing this new one made a big difference. This BMR bar is alot more solid than the stock bar. Looks great and is a good price

      Must have!

      Looking to replace that useless, heavy and ugly looking stock panhard bar? The BMR version is great for just that, especially if your just building a nice street car. If your racing I would reccommed the adjustable. But this one is still sick, great red finish I paired it with all the LCA arms and UCA on mine to make it match and the red pops on my all black mustang. Has a much stiffer feel in the rear end and the best part? It has grease fittings to help enhance use and life by greasing all the nooks and crannies, something the poorly designed stock ones lacked.

      works but needs improvement

      my old panhard was falling apart, so for that purpose this part worked fine. One point of pain: both grease ports are straight. You will not be able to access one of them on the car unless you change it to a right-angle one. It's a cheap fix (a few bucks at any autoparts for a small pile of grease ports). Be prepared to use a prying bar to get the old part out.

      Solid Upgrade

      I was getting some chatter and a lot of lateral movement from stock panhard bar so I decided to upgrade to BMR's panhard bar. What a difference it has made in stiffening up the rear of my car. As other's have said, it's a really snug fit so give a good whack to get it up into position. I would also get BMR's panhard support brace to pair with this since it's a cheap and easy upgrade for 100 better handling.

      Great Quality

      Don't let the price fool you. This bar is heavy dutty. The car feel so tight and handles great. Its about a 20 minute job. Make sure you have a mallet to tap it in. Fits a little tight. A . Thanks again AM.

      Chunky bar

      This thing is beefy. Get rid of that flimsy stock panhard bar and replace it with this beautiful red beast by BMR. If you want to keep your rear end inline then this is the solution. Easy to install but will definitely need a rubber mallet to get this bad boy to fit . Don't be scared and diy!!!!

      Beefy

      This thing is so beefy I had to use a rubber mallet to get it in. All good though!!! Can't wait to try it out . I'm absolutely positive it will be better then the skinny flimsy stock bar. Im sure it will keep my car from swinging. No rain this weekend so I'll try it out then !!

      ABSOLUTELY A MUST!!

      Upon receiving the Pan hard bar I have seen an improvement in handling when turning. It feels a lot tighter in my rear. It would be a good idea to grease up the area of installation as it may be a quite snug to get the pan hard bar up. A mallet is a great tool to have around. Always start by putting the left side (driver) in, and get the bolt in. Secondly, do so to the other side. It may not be a perfect fit, but a mallet will drive the bolt through. I am EXTREMELY glad that I purchased this bar rather then getting another stock bar. I am looking forward to purchasing BMR suspension pieces as they are lighter, stronger, and provide for a better ride.
