      Product Information

Features, Description, Reviews, Q&A, Specs & Installation

      • Better Traction, Quicker Launches, Less Wheel Hop
      • Non-Adjustable Design
      • Durable 1-5/8" Heavy Wall DOM Tubing
      • Bright Red Powder Coat Finish
      • Spiral-Fluted Grease-Able Polyurethane Bushings
      • Fits All 2011-2014 Mustangs

Improves Traction And Handling. Replace your factory upper control arm with a BMR Suspension rear upper control arm for improved traction, quicker launches, and to eliminate "wheel hop" ensuring you're getting all your ponys to the pavement.

Polyurethane Bushings. This BMR Upper Control Arm uses greaseable spiral fluted polyurethane bushings resulting in great traction during straight-line acceleration and predictable grip during hard cornering.

Tubular Construction. Made in the USA from TIG welded 1-5/8" diameter heavy wall .120 DOM steel tubing for superior strength and rigidity, this BMR Rear Upper Control Arm is completed in a durable bright red powdercoat finish for great looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.

Recommended Upgrade. It is highly recommend to upgrade your factory upper control arm mounting bracket to a BMR Rear Upper Control Arm Mount when installing a BMR Rear Upper Control Arm on a S197 Mustang. Failure to do so may result in a loud clunking noise without the BMR Upper Control Arm Mount installed.

Application. The BMR Suspension Non-Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm with Polyurethane Bushings is designed for all 2011 to 2014 Mustangs including the V6, GT, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models.

Back to near new ride quality

This is the 3rd control arm I’ve purchased and installed on my 2014 GT. This BMR control arm is the only one that made me smile during the test drive. One of the arms I put on was exact design as factory original. The other is a bargain part sold here at American Muscle. I won’t say brand because I may have installed it wrong or something. Anyway it wouldn’t be fair to bash a company because I’m no expert.

        Great price

I was already replacing my suspension and control arms, I figured I would take care of this too. I was not so easy to access but I was able to get it down without my trouble.

        5 2012 GT500 - RomJ Installation Time: Afternoon

        Great Upgrade

First off this is a must have because my car is way more firmer and solid when taking off and launches! Car feels much tighter and responds well. Great quality and price! Don't double think buying it, just do it and you'll be impressed!!! Don't forget to lower the gas tank about an inch though. Easy to install for the average mechanic with tools, a jack and jack stands.

        So -So

I basically traded a knock for a squeak. The factory Arm was worn out and banging every time you hit a bump. Replacing the factory got rid of the banging but now I have a squeak...

        Adjustable to non adjustable

Had a bmr adjustable UCA that started making noise constantly whilst driving. Decided to change it to one of BMR’s non adjustable and now it's as quiet as a library at midnight.
