Construction and Appearance. Made from durable Nylon 66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber, the pump offers strength and longevity while remaining lightweight. It features a ceramic face seal for reliable sealing and a clockwise centrifugal design with a volute chamber. The finish is designed to withstand demanding operational environments.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills. The pump can be fitted as an auxiliary or replacement unit, with some hose modifications. Depending on the installation method, removing the thermostat and minor drilling may be necessary to ensure optimal coolant circulation.
