Description
Advanced Electric Water Pump. The Davies Craig EWP150 Alloy Remote Electric Water Pump, 12-Volt, is engineered to enhance engine cooling efficiency in high-performance and heavily worked engines such as turbocharged or supercharged systems. Designed for remote mounting in the engine bay, this pump helps manage excessive heat and supports intercooler applications, improving overall temperature control and power delivery.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from powder-coated aluminium, the pump offers durability and resistance to harsh operating conditions. Its compact design includes AN16 ORB internal inlet and outlet fittings for a neat, secure screw-in installation, and features a ceramic face seal for enhanced reliability.
Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward, typically requiring integration into the bottom radiator hose and possibly the removal or modification of the factory thermostat. Mounting may require a bracket for vibration protection, and basic drilling for thermostat plate holes is occasionally necessary depending on configuration.
Application. Fits universal with some adaptation may be required.
