Advanced Turbo Shield. The GEN-3 T4 Titanium Series Turbo Shield/Blanket delivers exceptional thermal protection for turbochargers, significantly reducing under-hood temperatures. Engineered to tightly wrap turbo housings, it efficiently controls and contains extreme heat, improving performance and safety in both automotive and diesel truck applications.

Construction and Appearance. This shield features a silicone-coated titanium long-range (LR) outer shell woven in a proprietary diagonal pattern that prevents fraying and enhances seam durability. Multiple internal layers include thick silica insulation with low thermal conductivity and a composite of stainless steel, glass fiber, and silicone, finished with a stainless steel fabric inner cover that resists heat degradation. The result is a rugged, long-lasting turbo shield designed to withstand harsh thermal conditions.

Installation. Designed for straightforward installation, the turbo shield requires no drilling and uses the included stainless steel wire for secure attachment. It fits snugly around the turbo housing to maximize heat containment and ease of use.
