Majestic symphony of violence!!
Honestly, there are no words to describe how amazing this exhaust sounds. First off, videos do NOT do this exhaust any justice (only one close is one on youtube of a comp orange s550).
I could easily repeat what everyone has said in other reviews (majestically loud when you want it, almost as quiet as stock if need be /more of an exotic note/amazing quality/best exhaust system for the s550 GT/ incredibly loud cold start that quickly mellows after 30 seconds or so/sounds like you have longtube headers installed/etc...), but instead, I will share my experience during the first hour after the install.
I had my local Ford dealership install it (being unable to do so myself due to a recent spinal surgery), but the installation would have been incredibly straightforward (lift car, bolt off OEM exhaust, bolt on Corsa exhaust, lower car, done). When my car first rolled around from behind the dealership where the exhaust had been installed, I was initially a little disappointed. Cruising slowly in 1st, it was definitely louder than stock, but not by a whole lot. That feeling of slight disappointment QUICKLY vanished when the mechanic asked me if he could rev it. I said sure, go ahead. The noise that ensued from the back of the car actually made me and another ford employee jump, then start giggling like little school kids. Best way to describe it: majestic symphony of violence.... By the time I got back into my car (two mins after the initial rev), I had 5 ford employees, and two other customers around my car, checking it out and taking videos of a few revs that I was more than happy to do.
During my first pull after leaving the dealership, I was immediately hooked to the sound (although my first thought was "holly s*** is this thing loud!" while laughing maniacally) In the span of an hour of cruising around town, I had 3 different people shout "rev it!", received 6 thumbs up (that I noticed), and managed to scare a person at a red light... All while constantly smiling from ear to ear. A week later, I am still amazed by the sound that is coming from my car. I had roush axle-backs on my '14 GT, and I thought THAT sounded good. This exhaust is on a whole different playing field, and I absolutely love it. In this case, you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for, and I would be more than happy to spend it again if I had to do so in order to make my car sound the way it does today. If you have the means, do it, you will NOT regret it.
