Innovative Fuel Delivery. The Holley Fuel Tank Pickup; HYDRAMAT (15X8 CROSS) - OFFSET OUT - 3/8 is engineered to prevent fuel starvation during demanding driving conditions. It ensures a consistent fuel supply by effectively wicking fuel across the tank or cell, preventing air from entering the system and supporting reliable engine performance.
Construction and Appearance. This HydraMat features durable media with a beige finish and tiny pores that rely on surface tension and fluid wicking to direct fuel flow. The flexible material can be folded and compressed for easy installation and includes a 3/8 inch NPT offset outlet fitting for broad compatibility.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no sealing paste or tape on the female NPT thread to avoid fuel pump failure. The mat can be installed through various fuel cell openings and fixed studs using appropriate hardware available from aircraft supply sources.
Warranty. Covered by a Manufacturer’s Limited 90 Day Warranty. Application. Fits flat bottom rectangular style fuel cells with minimum dimensions of 15 inches in length and 8 inches in width, optimized for use with return fuel discharged near the HydraMat pickup at least 1 inch above the mat.
