Description
Control Your Burnouts. If you regularly take your Challenger on burnout contests or drag races, you need the Hurst Line Lock Roll Control Kit. This roll control kit lets you safely perform a burnout or prepare for launch when staging for a drag race, without having to ride your brakes and potentially damaging them. When engaged, this roll control kit keeps just your front brakes locked, allowing your rear wheels to spin freely. This results in a more controlled burnout until it's released. Additionally, this kit won't alter how your brakes perform during normal driving.
Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Components. The Hurst Line Lock Roll Control Kit's solenoid valve and brake lines are precision-machined from heavy-duty stainless steel. This ensures your roll control kit is both rust-resistant and able to take the abuse of regularly performing burnouts. Please note that this roll kit is meant for use in competitive situations in closed track events. This roll kit is also designed for locking your brakes just momentarily, and should not be used for long-term holding of your brakes.
Hassle-Free Install with Minor Mods. The Hurst Line Lock Roll Control Kit comes with everything you need for installation. Wiring work and minor drilling are required to mount the rocker and engagement switches in the driver's compartment. Some drilling may also be required to mount the solenoid valve properly. Please note that this kit will work only with Challenger SRT8 models. If installing on a Challenger R/T model, be sure that its traction control has been removed.
