      Description

      High-Performance Nitrous Power. The Nitrous Express HEMI 90mm Nitrous Plate System is a complete, high-output nitrous kit designed to unleash serious horsepower gains on V8 HEMI Challengers. With billet aluminum construction and precision components, this system delivers clean installation and power levels from 50 to 400 HP with upgrade capability for dual-stage performance.

      Construction and Appearance. The system features a billet 90mm nitrous plate mounted between the throttle body and intake manifold, paired with Lightning Series solenoids using CNC-machined aluminum bodies and carbon fiber tops. It includes a 15 lb. bottle with a Lightning 500 valve, stainless braided lines, an integrated purge port, and a TPS-activated WOT module. Designed for electronic throttle bodies, this setup ensures responsive, reliable power delivery.

      Installation. Installation is rated hard and is recommended for experienced technicians or advanced enthusiasts. The system includes all necessary hardware and wiring, but precise routing and electrical integration are required.

      Application. This Nitrous Express HEMI 90mm Nitrous Plate System fits 2008 to 2023 Dodge Challenger models with V8 HEMI engines, excluding 6.2L supercharged variants.
