Prosport Exhaust Gas Temperature K-Type Probe; 7-Foot Lead (Universal; Some Adaptation May Be Required)

Compatible with Prosport EGT Gauge. Prosport EGT Gauges are great tools to monitor internal combustion temperatures and make adjustments, whether you have a forced induction system or not. Unfortunately, internal probes often wear with use and require replacement. Replace a broken probe with the Challenger Exhaust Gauge Temperature, K-Type Probe, which plugs directly into any Prosport EGT Gauge without the need for modification or entire replacement of the gauge assembly. 

Monitor EGT Temperatures. This exhaust gauge temperature monitor uses a k-type probe that allows for immersion to properly monitor combustion temperatures in real-time without fear of rusting or breaking down. Using this probe, drivers can make proper adjustments to their fuel/air mixture and their operating combustion temperatures to improve their acceleration and fuel economy. In addition, this probe allows users to spot combustion problems to prevent significant wear on internal engine components and pistons. 

Six-Foot Lead. This probe comes with a 6-foot lead for up to 7-feet of total hosing to give your gauge enough room to reach your combustion chamber and monitor internal temperatures. 

Stainless Steel Braided Hose. Things tend to get pretty hot under the hood, which is why this probe comprises a stainless-steel braided hose line. Not only does this protect against overheating, but also corrosion from spilling chemicals underneath the hood. 

Secure Installation. This hose features ⅛-inch NPT threads that allow easy installation under the hood and two quick-connect wires that hook directly to your Prosport gauge. 

Application. The Challenger Exhaust Gauge Temperature is compatible with all 2008-2023 Dodge Challenger models, though some adaptation may be required.
