Description
Precision Engine Protection. The Oil Catch Can with S Mount manages blow-by oil vapors to protect your engine’s intake system. It prevents oil buildup that can reduce engine timing and performance, ensuring your 5.7L HEMI Challenger or Charger engine remains clean and efficient during operation.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from T-6061 aluminum, the catch can is CNC machined for precision and durability. It features a billet dual chamber top, a billet reservoir bottom with a textured easy-grip surface, stainless wire mesh, a unique machined billet screen, stainless hardware, billet 90 degree elbow fittings, and a rubber hose. The standard finish is satin uncoated aluminum, providing a professional and sturdy appearance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for any automotive enthusiast with basic tools; no drilling or extensive modifications are necessary. Factory SHAKER hood models require mounting the catch can using an alternate hole below the standard S Mount hole, allowing for a hassle-free setup without modifications.
Application. Specifically designed for the 09-23 5.7L HEMI Challenger with Shaker Hood, this catch can has fitment considerations including the use of an alternate mounting hole on SHAKER models, incompatibility with the stock engine cover, and the exclusion of the factory air tube silencer.
