Justin: Hey, guys, Justin with americanmuscle.com, and today we're taking a closer look at and installing the TruShield Precision Molded Front Floor Liners available for all 2015 and newer Challengers. Now, you guys should be checking out these TruShield options if you are looking for a super affordable set of front liners that will provide the fit and finish of other big-name options here on the site but for far less dough overall. So, this is gonna be a great option for those daily driven Challengers out there who wanna keep that front carpet clean and looking like new but don't wanna drop the 200 to even 300 bucks on a more expensive set of mats that you might come across here on the site or elsewhere for that matter. Now, these are full coverage liners, guys, meaning you are getting protection not just for the floor itself, but also on the sides up near the trans tunnel. Of course, the door jamb is covered pretty well also, and then finally a good bit under the pedals and even a little bit under that seat. Now, the driver side portion, as you can see, does feature the twin anchor design here, guys, that's gonna keep everything in place of course, but even the passenger side mat does feature the factory anchoring system as well. That's just gonna make sure these guys are locked into place at all times and don't go sliding around on you.But let's move on and talk about the construction here as far as what you can expect with materials. Durable black polymer material from TruShield. Basically a very thick rubberized plastic. I like the rubberized feel because it is gonna provide you with just a little bit extra grip on those slippery days you get some water, snow, slush, whatever on the mats, still have a little bit of grip and not slip out when you're trying to get in or out of your Challenger. Now, also keep in mind, guys, this material does have some flex built into it. And that's another thing I like because, unlike those more rigid mats you might encounter out there that don't exactly lay flat, not gonna be the case here with the TruShield options. They're molded to fit your floor pan perfectly. But on top of that, the kind of rubberized give, if you will, will help these conform to the floor even better. Now, price point for the TruShield options, again, very attractive here when we're talking front floor liners, laser measured, really nice fit coming in right around the $160 mark. Certainly gonna be one of your more affordable options in the land of just front floor liners for this particular gen Challenger, especially when you compare them to some of your other heavy hitters in the category, whether they'd be from Husky or WeatherTech. But now we wanna shift gears and talk about the install. And yes, I'm smiling because it's as easy as you think it is, guys. You're gonna set these in place, get the factory anchor points lined up, and you're good to go. So it's gonna go softest one out of three wrenches imaginable, about a minute or two of your time tops to get everything in place, but let's head out to the shop and show you how it's done.Instructor: Hi, everyone. Today we're stalling a set of floor liners in our Challenger. So let's get started. First thing we're gonna wanna do is make sure that our front seat is moved as far back as possible just to give us enough room to get in here and get these things out and put the new ones in. So to do that, there's two hooks on the backside of our floor mat here. So, we're just gonna lift that up and pull towards the back on both sides. And just lift it out of the way. Now would be a good time to use your Shop-Vac or Car-Vac, whatever, to clean your carpet from whatever may be in there from the old floor mats. Then we're just gonna take our new one, slide it in underneath the pedals. Now just push these clips through the holes. Make sure that they lock into place and now go to the other side. Now for the passenger side, there's only one hook here. So we just need to lift that up and back and lift the old one out of the way and we'll slide our passenger-side floor liner in. Make sure that the hook goes through the hole and we're done. And that wraps up our review and install of the SpeedForm TruShield Series Precision Molded Front Floor Liners in black for the '15 to '23 Challenger. Thanks for watching, and remember for all things Challenger, keep it right here at americanmuscle.com.
