Justin: Hey, guys. Justin with americanmuscle.com. And today we're taking a closer look at and installing the TruShield Precision Molded Front and Rear Floor Liners available for all 2015 and newer Challengers. Now, you guys should be checking out these liners if you want the coverage and fit of more expensive liners but for roughly half the cost. So, again, this is going to be a great option for those daily-driven Challengers out there who want to keep that front and rear carpet looking like new but don't necessarily want to drop the 200 to 300 bucks on the more expensive liners that you might come across here on the site or maybe elsewhere. Now, these, again, are going to be a full coverage liner, meaning you're not just getting protection underneath your feet or underneath the floor itself, but also for the sides near the trans tunnel up onto the door jambs and a good bit underneath the pedals for the driver's side as well. Now, the driver's side, as you guys can see, is held in place thanks to the factory retention system along with some knobs found on the back side. And the passenger side does receive the retention system as well. Now, the rears cover the area not only underneath the back passenger's feet but as you can see with this little bump out here, a good bit underneath those front seats as well, for a good amount of coverage both front and rear.Well, let's dive a little bit deeper into the build and construction with the TruShield options. And you're gonna be looking at a very durable black polymer material that is rubberized, which still has a little bit of flex to it. And I like that because it's going to help kind of conform to the floor pan a little bit better, lay nice and flat no matter where this thing is. The material, I think, is going to hold up to the abuses of being under your feet while at the same time, because you are getting this little rubberized grip here, it's going to be a nice non-slip surface even on those kind of snowy or muddy days. And it's also gonna be just as easy to clean, right? These things do get some mud, dirt, spills on them, whatever, pull them out, hose them off, throw them back in, and you're good to go.Price point for the TruShield option is going to live right around the $160 mark. To be honest, guys, is just about as much as other big-name companies on the site are going to charge just for the fronts alone. So, again, the fact that you're getting a really high-quality set of liners here, set of four liners at this price point, I think certainly makes them very appealing in that regard. But now we're going to shift gears and talk about the install. And yes, as you might imagine, this one is pretty much as easy as it gets. So, therefore, a no-brainer one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, maybe a minute or two of your time to get everything in place from start to finish. But if you're still confused on how things might go down, let's head out the shop for a quick walkthrough.Man: Hi, everyone. Today we're installing a set of floor liners in our Challenger, so let's get started. First thing we're gonna want to do is make sure that our front seat is moved as far back as possible just to give us enough room to get in here and get these things out and put the new ones in. So, to do that, there's two hooks on the backside of our floor mat here. So we're just going to lift that up and pull towards the back on both sides and just lift it out of the way. Now it'd be a good time to use your shop vac to clean your carpet from whatever it may be in there from the old floor mats. Then we're just going to take our new one, slide it in underneath the pedals. Now just push these clips through the holes. Make sure that they lock into place. And now go to the other side. Now, to do the rears, it's even easier than the front. You just reach in, lift up your floor mat, and it's out. Then all you have to do, make sure that this angled edge on the back of the floor liner is towards the door and lay it into place. And now you can repeat that process for the other side. And that wraps up our review and install of the SpeedForm TruShield Series Precision Molded Front and Rear Floor Liners in Black for the '15 to '23 Challenger. Thanks for watching. And remember for all things Challenger, keep it right here at americanmuscle.com.
