Description
HIGH PERFORMANCE BRAKING. The Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors and Red Calipers is engineered to replace factory rear disc brakes while utilizing the original parking brake assembly. It delivers superior braking capability suitable for enhanced front big brake setups, providing precise stopping power tailored for high performance and modified vehicles.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. The kit features AERO4 calipers constructed with stainless steel pistons and a red powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and visual appeal. Rotors are manufactured from Spec-37 iron with a black electro coat surface finish and incorporate GT slotted designs for efficient heat dissipation and durable performance.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not require drilling, as the kit is designed to match the OEM rear axle configuration with radial mount calipers for direct fitment.
APPLICATION. Specifically fits 2012 to 2015 Dodge Challenger models in R/T, Rallye Redline, and SXT trims. It excludes all-wheel drive (AWD), SRT-8, police packages, and vehicles equipped with factory Brembo calipers.
