Cold Air Intake. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with Yellow SynthaFlow Oiled Filter increases airflow to maximize engine horsepower and torque. This intake system supplies cooler, denser outside air, enhancing combustion for improved engine response and consistent power output. Note that this product is not street legal in all US states.
Construction and Appearance. The intake kit includes a high-density cross-linked polyethylene intake pipe finished in black, combined with a washable and reusable oiled air filter media made from cotton gauze and non-woven synthetic materials. The Cold Air Dam panels incorporate blade-style weather stripping to isolate the filter from hot engine bay air, ensuring cooler air intake and optimal filtration efficiency.
