Bolt-On Power. The BBK 1-7/8 in. Ceramic Tuned Length Shorty Headers are straight out of the box, bolt-on power. Guaranteed to increase your Dodge’s horsepower and torque, these exhaust headers are DYNO tested for a superior performance.
Increased Exhaust Tone. Featuring a deep, manly exhaust tone, these high impact headers are sure to be heard wherever you go.
Unmatched Engineering. Manufactured with a durable, silver polished ceramic coating, these headers are CNC mandrel bent and are engineered to deliver unrestrictive airflow. A one-piece laser cut flange provides added strength and reinforced silicone rubber hosing ensures you won’t have any tube failures under increased boost pressures.
CARB /TECH Notes. Not legal for shipment to California, this product is not currently CARB Emissions legal. In fact, the CARB EO is still pending at this time.
Tuning. These headers do not require professional tuning because they come ready for use. Built to deliver superior exhaust flow, this cutting-edge design works hard to keep this product purring.
Application. The BBK 1-7/8 in. Ceramic Tuned Length Shorty Headers are built to be a precision fit for all 2008-2010 Dodge Challenger 6.1L models.
Installation. This intermediate installation will take up to 4-6 hours to complete. Special Tools required: WD-40, 10mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm sockets and wrenches, 3/8 ratchet, extensions, floor jack and jack stands. Quality hardware is included.
