      Description

      Maintain Peak Performance. As with most modern engines, your Challenger’s engine is designed to vent crankcase pressure back into its combustion chamber for re-combustion. While this helps improve efficiency, it can also lead to engine sludge build-up since the vented pressure can include vaporized oil. This BBK Oil Separator is designed to re-route and trap this vaporized oil before it has a chance to turn into sludge. The result — your vehicle works at optimal levels, always.

      Multi-Stage Filtering Design. This oil separator works by using a unique multi-stage filtering system comprised of internal baffling and a mesh screen. This system traps the vaporized oil and allows it to settle onto the bottom of its catch can until it’s ready to be emptied. Additionally, this catch can features a 3-ounce capacity which is good for approximately 3,000 miles before it requires emptying.

      Robust Build Quality. The oil separator is manufactured from high-grade billet aluminum, offering superior durability and corrosion resistance in a lightweight package. Additionally, this component is CNC-machined for an accurate fit and includes a notched base for convenient opening even when greasy. Finally, this assembly receives a clear anodized finish for exceptional corrosion protection.

      No-Nonsense Installation. This BBK oil separator utilizes factory locations on your vehicle as their mounting points. No drilling or other types of modifications are necessary. Moreover, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete.

      Comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty. This BBK oil separator comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.

      CARB Certification Pending. The BBK Oil Separator is not available for sale in California and other states that have adopted California’s air emissions standards. Please check local regulations for permitted applications of this product.
