Popular Tire Sizes for this Wheel
Hey I’m Justin with AmericanMuscle.com, and I’m checking out the AMR wheels fitting all 2005 and newer Mustangs available in your choice of either gloss black, silver, and charcoal. These concave multispoke design wheels have quickly become a fan favorite and are a good option for a Mustang owner who’s looking to take a break from the standard 5 spoke wheel design, typically found with a Bullitt or Cobra style wheel. The lightweight aluminum AMR’s are offered in several different sizing options, including an 18, 19 and 20” diameter, and an 8, 8 ½, 9 and 10” width. Because there’s several different sizing options, you can easily stick a wider wheel in the back with a more narrow one up front to help you achieve that classic muscle car stance known as staggered fitment, or on the other hand, you can put the same width wheel on all 4 corners, which will give you a standard fitment and allow you to properly rotate your tires in the future. To give you a better idea of how these wheels might look on your own ride, we outfitted some of the cars here in the shop with the wheels, starting with our 2011 GT behind me, which is equipped with the 20” version in charcoal, our 2013 back there on the lift is sporting the very sleek 18” AMR’s in gloss black, while finally our 2000 V6 back on the Dynojet is rocking the 19” version in silver. Of course you can purchase these wheels by themselves if you’d like, however the smart move would be to take advantage of one of our pre built tire and wheel combinations, where we pair your new AMR’s up with some of the top performing tires on the market today, in sizes that are guaranteed to fit without rubbing, even if you’re lowered an inch or two. On top of that, you get to take advantage of our free mounting and balancing, and free shipping and handling. Finally, all AmericanMuscle wheels are backed by a 1 year warranty on all finishes, and a lifetime structural warranty. When you receive your new set of wheels and tires from AmericanMuscle, you’ll find that installing them is just as easy as ordering them, you’ll first want to make sure the car is on level ground and then crack the lugs loose before you get the car in the air, after that, jack the car up and swap out all 4 wheels and tires, and that's it, you can easily do all this in your driveway in about an hour’s time using some basic hand tools and a floor jack. These AMR wheels have become more and more popular with Mustang owners everywhere, and after seeing them on our own cars here in the shop, it’s easy to see why, so be sure to check out a set for your ride, right here at AmericanMuscle.com

What is TPMS? The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS for short) is a factory installed safety feature on all 2007 and newer Ford Mustangs that alerts you when your tire pressure drops to an unsafe limit.
How do I keep my TPMS feature? Aftermarket wheels do not come with TPMS sensors. However, if you select 'Add TPMS Sensor Kit' and your specific year range from the options listed above, we'll install the TPMS Sensors in your new wheels!

They came fairly quickly and look great! They fit perfectly and make my car look so much better. On the down side the balance weights were not attached. Not sure if they fell off or were never on. But spoke with Chris in customer service and handled quickly and completely satisfied with the service. They made it right.Helpful (0)

Really good price for what you get compared to some other options out there. Murdered out my stang and this really wrapped up the whole look. Little bit of a gap now, so expect to get lowering springsHelpful (0)

This wheel and tire set up has a more aggressive look and they feel great. These Mickey Thompson tires really grab. The only complaint I have is the wheels should be packaged better for shipment because they are not cheap. Overall I am very pleased.Helpful (0)

The look that these rims gave my car are simply gorgeous I get a lot of compliments by people now over the stock V6 rims that's for sure, only problem I had was the TPS after driving around for a while shows a code on my dashboard, there is a problem with one of them. I don't know what happened but other than that very good.Helpful (0)
Can you run these wheels year round? I live up in Maryland and occasionally drive in the winter. Is salt going to mess with the finish?
Hey rherb, You can absolutely run these wheels year round, but as for the salt, the wheels have a clear coat over the paint for better protection.
For the rear only on a 07 mustang GT. Which one u think is better for these AMR wheels on the car with a 1.5 drop...20x10 with 305/35/20 and a spacer. or 19x10 with 305/35/19 ?? ....( I don’t think I may need a spacer for that size)..I mainly just want that wide stance from the wheels and tires...
Either of these options will work and will give you a wider stance. It all comes down to preference if you want to see more wheel or more tire.
I have a 07 mustang gt.. my question is.. For the rear wheels only... Which one u think is better for these AMR wheels with a 1.5 drop and will hold up just fine for the long run and fit perfect ....20x10 with 305/35/20 or 19x10 with 285/35/19 tires
Both of these wheels will work fine and will hold up the same. It really just depends on what size wheel you are wanting to run.

We recommend the 285s as the 305s could potentially cause rubbing issues with the fender.
Will 285/35/ZR19 tires fit on these?
This tire size will work with this wheel yes.
Yes, 285/35/19 tires will fit the 19x10 wheels.
This wheel would be perfect for the 275. I would go with a 19x8 for the 245.
The offset of the 19x10 is +48mm (1.9") and the 19x11 is +56mm (2.2"). In regards to the 305s, it will honestly depend on if the vehicle is lowered and if so, by how much. I honestly wouldn't recommend more than a 1"-1.2" drop.
The 19x11 wheels will be slightly wider than the 19x10 wheels.
Yes, this kit will sit more flush with the fenders rather than in the wheel well like the factory set up.
As long as the M&B option is selected using the drop down tabs, the wheel/tire kit will be mounted and balanced before being shipped out.
We recommend running a 275/40R19 with these wheels for best fitment.
The Staggered AMR Black Wheel and Sumitomo Tire Kit should be run at the tire PSI listed in your Mustang's Door Jam.
The Sumitomo High Performance HTR Z III tires have a speed rating Y (186 mph).
The Staggered AMR Black Wheel and Mickey Thompson Tire Kit will effect the speedometer when compared to a 235/R18 tire, requiring the speedometer to be adjusted.
Simple installation for anyone.
