how would I be able to pair these with my BBK LTH and BBK O/R x pipe? currently running pypes superbomb catback but looking to get new over axles

    • The Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back Exhaust would be compatible with BBK long tube headers and off road x pipe.

Will these fit a 2014 rs3 with the Roush valence?

    • The Roush Rear Valance will only work with a Roush cat-back. We cannot guarantee it will work with the Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back Exhaust.

I bought the corsa extreme axle backs and want 3 inch exhaust all the way to the headers but cant find over axle pipes that are 3 inch like in the cat back exhaust systems that you can buy. Any ideas?

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer any 3" over axle pipes at this time. We are constantly getting in new products, so keep checking back to our site!

I have the pypes pype bomb super system catback would this be a direct bolt on?

    • The Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back Exhaust is designed as a direct fit bolt-on upgrade for the 2011-2014 GT and 2012-2013 BOSS Mustangs. It has 3" Diameter Mandrel-Bent Tubing if the sizing matches up then you can use it with your system.

The product description says 3' mandrel bent tubing, does this mean it'll bolt up to my 3' over axle pipes? or do i need to get the factory pipes?

    • The Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back Exhaust does have 3" diameter mandrel-bent tubing, which would allow you to use a 3" over axle pipe. If you take a look at the product photo, you will be able to see a reduced portion on the pipe. This will allow you to slide the axle back into the over axle pipe and clamp it down.

Neighbors not up? They are now!

I was hesitant paying that amount of money for just axle-Backs. I am sure glad I did, as the old adage states, you get what you pay for. And these are top notch! The tone at a cold start up is outstanding, and you will def turn heads at WOT, or even at 5000RPMs. One of the best features: no drone whatsoever while cruising at 2000RPMs. The picture of the black tips does not do it justice at all. These things are plain sexy. Install was pretty straight forward. Used jack and jack stands. Get yourself a helper and save ya some headaches. The worst part was taking the stock ones off. If you're on the fence, take the leap and get these. You'll be glad you did!

      Just Awesome!

I was skeptic at first paying x amount of $$$ for just axle backs, but it did not take much to convince me at the AM 2018 Show. Love the fit and finish, sounds awesome, NO DRONE!! That was really my main reason loved my previous set up but had to move on. Very happy so far 2 thumbs up for Corsa and American Muscle!

      Quite the had turner.

I put these on right before Street Machine Nationals. and I have to say, even with all those cars cruising up and down the streets, people's heads still turned towards mine when I went by. Everything fit perfectly, and honestly I am quite new to working on cars. So as one of the first things I tried, it was extremely easy. It took me about an hour, give or take to do, and the results are FANTASTIC. When you are just going through town, its quiet enough not to draw unwanted attention, but when you want it to be noticed, it really can be. The sound is highly aggressive. In addition, it looks fantastic. I recommend Corsa as the go to.

Corsa is the way to go

Wow! Where do I start, first make sure you have right tools and an extra set of hands to make the install a bit easier. Took me about an hour and a half with help. Once installed all the frustration you suffered while installing while be gone FAST. The exhaust note is beautiful when you step on it yet quite calm upon idle(if warmed up) and cruising speed. Also absolutely no drone. Great option and totally worth the price thank you AM

      No drone

After doing a car delete and pypes bomb, that was just wayyyyy too much drone on the highway it hurt to drive it. So I bit the bullet and splurged on the corsa extremes becaus of all the reviews. And there is NO drone at highway speeds but once you floor it sounds like the world is coming to an end. Plenty of pops and other wonderful noises. One bad thing is my fuel economy went down cuz I'm always flooring it just to hear it.

easy install, did with x pipe and over axles. the sound is loud at cold start, but mellow at cruise, barely notice, but any time you give it gas, it really screams, I get compliments all the time. I absolutely love the sound. perfect with no drone what so ever.

      Amazing

I had the Borla Stingers but traded them for a Jeep Hardtop. I went with these this time around and I like the sound from these better. Zero drones with stock exhaust forward. Aggressive and loud. People rubber neck from the sound alone.

Review from Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back Exhaust (11-14 GT; 12-13 BOSS 302)

      Amazing exhaust note. Disappointed until….

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing my review so that I could list pros and cons. This took longer than my Flowmaster American Thunders to install. Follow the instructions…more things have to be disconnected than with the Flowmasters. It took about 3 hours with help. When I took my first cruise with these, I was both elated and disappointed. The constant drone of the Flowmasters was gone and that was such a huge relief. At WOT it sounded beautiful! Something like a Harley at times and a Nascar at other times (depeding on the gear/rpms maybe). Just incredible. Going under a bridge at WOT made me so happy! However, I felt that the system was pretty close to stock unless I was at WOT. Even sitting at a light with the top down, the exhaust was so quiet. I paid good money for these and…maybe this is just me…I want people to know this is no stock Mustang. I missed the rumble the Flowmasters provided when passing people. I debated what to do for several days. I thought about purchasing the complete catback. Maybe THAT would be louder and make me happy. After all, most of the videos I watched were of the complete catback. Wifey could not comprehend why I was not satisfied with a $700 exhaust. She said I would never be happy with the sound and I insisted that at some point I would be. Deleting the catalytic converters (it is already tuned) was another option and would save a lot of money over purchasing the x pipe from Corsa. I worried that I would seriously regret removing the cats and that my wife would hate the car. It gave me so much anxiety. It's a convertible and I’m not in my twenties after all. Am I going to walk into work smelling like exhaust fumes? I also wanted to run the ghost cam on the weekends and removing the cats is a must if you want to be able to hear...really hear...the cam sound. I figured I could always go back. I finally found a shop that would do the work for $150 and pulled the trigger. I could not be more content. Removing the cats made this exhaust a beast. Best of all, I can still control the volume. When my wife drives the car like a grandma, the exhaust is barely noticeable. Seriously. She did not even notice when she drove it. When I am in the mood (almost always) to hold the gear, let the RPMs run up, and downshift, the car sounds like it eats children! The pops and crackles are great music. I absolutely love it! The ghost cam sounds amazing. When I punch it on the interstate, the sound is unreal. I smile every time. I can switch gears and make it more or less aggressive. If I get a phone call, I can quite it down completely. The cons of this setup are an unbelievably loud cold start for the first ten seconds and an occasional short not-so-refined raspy note that happens maybe once every couple of hours (perhaps when I am in the wrong gear). On the cold start, if you live in an apartment complex and leave in the early morning, you might want to think twice. The houses are pretty close together here and I am waiting to hear from the neighbors LOL. Still, it's less than ten seconds and it calms down. If you are on the fence, buy this exhaust! Corsa knows what’s up! If you are not completely happy, pull those cats off. I wish I would have deleted them day one.

      Perfect

These are worth the money. No drone as advertised, quiet at idol and cruising. I installed by myself on my 2013 GT convertible with a couple of jack stands and a roller jack to hold up the exhaust pipe. It took about an hour, dishsoap and a little bending on the hangers did the trick. Stomp on the gas and heads turn, just what a Mustang should sound like.

      Amazing!

Get lots of looks and head turns. Have other drivers complement at stoplights. Ton of theatrics from exhaust note and crackle and pops. Drone is not even close to how bad people make it seem. Honestly if you even care about drone or being loud then you shouldn’t own a mustang.

Review from Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back Exhaust (11-14 GT; 12-13 BOSS 302)

      Worth the extra money

I wasn’t sure about the extreme or sport. I went back and forth a lot and thought about it a lot before I purchased them. I didn’t want it really loud and I wanted a low rumble but not to soft either. Now that they are installed they’re just about perfect. When just cruising around it’s a low very light rumble. When you step on it and the RPMs climb it is loud. After running them for a week I think the sports may have been too quiet when cruising. I’m not sure though because I haven’t heard the sports. The video clips are really hard to judge the sound by. The quality is very impressive. They match up perfectly. However, don’t go by what the installation videos say “should take about an hour” to install. Maybe with a lift, air tools, helper and about 10 other previous installations. Plan on 2-3 hours at a minimum with help if doing it on the garage floor with the back jacked up. Oh, by the way, take off the mid pipes. It will be much easier if you do. Also, if you have a lift then the mid pipes will come completely out. If not then at least unbolt them and slide them off to the side. The driver side is much harder to remove and reinstall the axleback then the passenger side. All in all I’m happy with them so far. They sound good. Just be careful where you step on the throttle and open it up you will draw attention to yourself.

I love this dang exhaust. Paired with my off-road x pipe, gosh this thing is loud, and has a beautiful tone! Not raspy like everyone says it is, I compare it to the wail of an Indy 500 car. Can’t wait to get the resonators off to really let this thing scream!
