Description
Performance Chambered Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler with 2.50-inch inlet and outlet diameters is engineered to deliver an aggressive exhaust tone ideal for both street and strip use. Its Delta Flow technology not only enhances exhaust scavenging to boost performance but also reduces interior sound resonance, resulting in a more comfortable cabin noise level.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this chambered muffler features Delta Flow technology, is fully MIG welded, and finished in high-temperature black paint to resist corrosion while maintaining a sleek, aggressive appearance.
Installation. Designed for clamp-on or weld-on installation with slip-fit connections on both inlet and outlet, this muffler requires new hangers which are not included. Some adaptation may be necessary to fit various vehicle configurations.
Application. Suitable for universal fitment across many vehicle types, this muffler may require some modifications to ensure proper fit and optimal performance.
