The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler with 3-Inch inlet and 3-Inch outlet delivers aggressive sound and enhanced exhaust flow tailored for street and strip applications. This muffler is engineered to improve scavenging within the exhaust system, yielding better engine performance while maintaining a more refined tone compared to standard chambered mufflers.

Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, the muffler features a fully MIG welded construction coupled with a high-temperature painted finish to resist corrosion and provide long-lasting durability. Its oval body shape incorporates Flowmaster’s Delta Flow technology, which reduces interior resonance to enhance sound quality.

Installation. Designed for slip-fit installation with clamp-on or weld-on options, this muffler requires new hangers that are not included. The universal fitment may require minor adaptation during installation but remains straightforward.

Warranty. This product includes a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
