Innovative Fuel Pickup. The Holley Fuel Tank Pickup; HYDRAMAT (15X15 CROSS) - CENTER OUT - 3/8 is a specialized fuel pickup designed to prevent fuel starvation caused by fuel sloshing in stock tanks and race fuel cells. It ensures consistent fuel flow during demanding driving conditions such as cornering, acceleration, braking, and inclines, which is essential for maintaining engine performance and preventing stalls.
Construction and Appearance. Made from a porous media that utilizes surface tension and fluid wicking, the HydraMat features an internal reservoir that holds fuel even under extreme slosh conditions. The mat has a beige finish and is flexible, allowing it to be folded or compressed to facilitate installation.
Installation. The HydraMat is easy to install and fits through most fuel cell openings without needing drilling or complex modifications. Its universal fitting location with a 3/8 inch NPT fitting ensures compatibility with a wide range of fuel systems.
Warranty. This product comes with a manufacturer’s limited 90 day warranty.
