    Faster Launches. Keep your Pony's rear end planted when you launch with a set of Maximum Motorsports' rear lower control arms. Your stock control arms can flex and bind under acceleration or braking, making it impossible to keep your Mustang under control. A pair of rear lower control arms will keep your rear end in line when you mash the gas, dramatically lowering your 60 foot times and helping you launch straight.

    Better Handling. The stock rubber control arm bushings can bind when you're cornering, causing your Mustang to suddenly and unpredictably lose traction. Maximum Motorsports uses a 3-part bushing at the chassis end of the arm that stays rigid under acceleration but allows for movement when cornering for maximum handling. On the axle end, they use a Teflon-lined spherical bearing for freedom of motion and to prevent chassis damage.

    Made to Last. The Maximum Motorsports lower control arms feature a durable black powdercoat for a great-looking, long-lasting finish.

    Application. These Maximum Motorsports lower control arms are designed to fit all 1979 to 1998 Mustangs and are sold as a pair.

      Locked and Loaded!

      To my surprise, the polyurethane bushings on my previous set of popular aftermarket lower control arms gave out and were completely shredded after only a year of use. This caused the rear end to shift to the right upon any level of acceleration, even at high speeds which was a very strange feeling. I didn't want to mess around so I got these MM Rear LCAs and OMG I could feel the difference just backing out of the driveway! The rear is tight as drum, especially when launching and acceleration but not so tight that handling is lost. I'm also impressed because I haven't noticed any increase in NVH which I was fully expecting with the spherical bushings on the axle end. I feel extremely confident now when I push the car to perform. Additionally, you can tell these are made very well with long, even weld lines and powder coating plus the instructions were easy to follow. I wish I had gone with MM sooner and won't use anything else again!

      Worth every penny

      Awsome product, like everything I have received from mm. Welds are beautiful and the paint is flawless. Even better is how they transformed the rear end of my car. Axel feels so much more stable around corners and acceleration.

      First Impression is They are Great Looking

      I had a set of boxed LCA with Polyurethane bushings front and back mounts and the new engine tore the Axle bushings up in less than a 100 miles, I ordered these LCA for their great looks and that they had a Teflon bushing at the axle. It was an easy install and the car feels tighter and has much smoother hard launches.

      What a difference.

      There is considerably less wheel spin and the car doesn't have the typical mustang, get sideways and head for the ditch. No more crowd control.

      Excellent product

      Fit perfect out of the box, switched out lower grade rear control arms. It made a difference right away on the takeoff and handling of the car.

      MM always good product

      I was needing to replace the stock LCAs bushing on my 98 Cobra and I thought this would be a great time to upgrade my LCAs. I've used UPR, BMR, Steeda, and now MM on LCAs. I was very impress and happy with the MM LCAs and very happy that I went with them. I've never had a MM product that I was not 110 happy with. One will not be let down if they do go with MM LCAs.

      MMS Lower Control Arms

      I had some older Steeda cube steel style lowers with rubber bushings that had completely dried out and rotted. These tubular style lowers look way better and the solid mount bushings on the axle seem to hold nicely without making the ride jarring. I have solid uppers anyway so..Everything bolted up nicely even with my 9'' rear axle. Would definitely recommend! supplied grease was abit sticky on install though, make sure you but your grease zerks to good use!

      MM LOWER CONTROL ARMS

      I`m completely satisfied with this product. The new lower control arms from Maximum Motorsports have completely reduced the wheel hop on my 1998 svt cobra mustang. Installation was easy enough to do in my driveway and she was ready to go in just a few hours. I could tell the difference instantly! Thank you Maximum Motorsports and American Muscle for this satisfying and effective product!

      Go for launch

      Took it out for a test drive as soon as it came off jacks. Launches were impressive. Not only was the rear planted and but wheel hop was also minimized. Took it to some windy roads and the car handled amazing. I wasn't as confident hitting these cars hard in the turns even with the spring and strut upgrade but i was thoroughly impressed. AND this was all with an empty tank of fuel!

      Grip in a box

      Bought these for my car, and its a world of difference taking off now, even the corners feel more stable because the rear doesn't walk anymore.
