This clutch kit is designed for high-output 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L HEMI engines.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring an aluminum flywheel with a 130-tooth ring gear, the kit reduces weight for quicker engine response and increased durability. The organic clutch discs provide smooth engagement with a 9.687-inch diameter, and the 1-1/8 x 26 spline input shaft ensures compatibility with matching transmissions. The overall design balances strength with street drivability.
Installation. Proper installation includes pilot bearing replacement, flywheel resurfacing, and hydraulic system inspection to avoid drivability issues. No drilling is required. Following precise break-in procedures is essential for optimal clutch performance.
