Description
Rear View Camera Solution. The OBDGenie Rear View Camera Programmer enables seamless integration of a rear view camera into the factory REC navigation radio display equipped with a rear camera connector port. It programs the vehicle’s body control module (BCM) to activate the rear camera feature, enhancing safety and visibility.
Construction and Appearance. The kit includes a universal license plate hideaway camera, a radio interface with RCA video input, and a 12V power accessory kit. All components are fully engineered and assembled in the USA to ensure high quality and durability suitable for automotive use.
Installation. This system is designed for completely plug & play installation, allowing an efficient upgrade process without the need for extensive technical skills or modifications.
Application. Compatible with select 2007 to 2018 Jeep models including Commander, Compass, Grand Cherokee, Liberty, and Wrangler JK. Note that some early models may require the vehicle to be rear camera ready for full functionality.
