    • Any shorty header we carry designed for 05-10 V6 Mustangs would work with that application.

Makes the stang sound the way it should.

Install cost $150, overall great muffler no doubt. The drone everyone talks about is not unbearable and still sounds and is a great quality exhaust. Highly recommend

      v6 dual exhust

I would definitely recommend the Pypes true dual exhaust system for your V6. The sound is awesome and if you want to make the job a lot easier have your local garage install it for you. installation at the shop took roughly 45 minutes and cost me 75$.well worth it as they were able to cut off the old system and drill new bracket holes. Love the look and sound!

I just added this kit to my car and love it! They were really loud for about the first 100 miles and now they sound great. I really like the response on the freeway.

      Pypes

Fairly easy installation. Sounds really good. Only issue is the right side pipe over the axle is too close to the track bar support. It bumps at times. Need to adda hanger to it. Oh and the pipes were mis marked. The one marked right went on the left and vise versa.

      Great sound

Took around 10 hours to install because I had to keep going look for bigger jacks. I recommend to just use a hydraulic lift to make it a ton easier. If you don't mind a loud drone in the cab then it's good for you. I don't mind it at all though. Idle sounds a little better than a v8, and on the peddle sounds amazing.

      Dual Exhaust

Let me get this out of the way...this product looks GREAT. I am exremely happy with the visual appearance, it adds so much character to my car, plus now it looks like a GT. I was mislead by the other reviews into thinking this exhaust was super loud but it really isnt; the tone is very nice but volume, not so much. Also there is something (resonator maybe) rattling inside both of my mufflers which is kind of annoying but they're warrantied so i should be getting a new set shortly.

      Great buy for your V6

Very impressed with sound and how the black polished tips look with the grabber blue mustang didn't take the shop no time to install them to anybody looking to buy these I would recommend them if your just looking to add the duals until you upgrade to something better but overall very impressed with the product and I get a lot people they say that my stang sounds good as well.

      Really good buy

This exhaust looks awesome on my all white stang. When there is a gt nearby, I can now walk to my stang with pride. Anyways, the exhaust is awesome. You will notice a huge difference in acceleration with this set up. My stang has some get up and go now. Can't wait to add a procharger and custom tune to really unleash this beast. The only down side to this kit is that the drone is horrible at 2000 rpm. Well at least it was in the first week. I'm not sure if it's less or if I have gotten use to it. Anyways I would recommend the pricey dynamat or some glasspacks if you can't tolerate it.

      Looks great!

Wasn't too sure about the black mufflers and tips at first but I'm glad I chose it! They look great!! The sound is just right! The only downside was that it was harder to instal without a lift, definitely recommend using a lift when installing, much easier! But overall I really like this exhaust! And love how it came with everything that was needed to convert the single to a dual exhaust!

      Beast Unleashed

I couldn't wait to turn the key when it came down from the shop lift. Shabang the Beast was Unleashed, the dual growl was menacing everyone in the shop heads turned. The black muffler and tips look slick tucked in the bumper. Cabin drone level isn't bad, if I wanted silence I'd be driving a focus(heh). Dual kit it's a must have for your V6

      Looks Awesome!

Installed myself in an afternoon. Combined with an Airaid CAI and a Bama custom tune it really added a kick to my V6. The black tips give the back of the car an aggressive look. They sound better and louder than my previous single Flowmaster muffler. Don't forget you may need to tap out a couple holes for bolts to secure your muffler hangers on the drivers side (the holes are there, just need tapped). I am very pleased with both the look and sound. Great Product!

      Loud! (maybe too loud lol)

I have had my Pypes exhaust on my car now for a few weeks and here is what I have to say about it. First of all, its loud, especially around 2250 rpms. I do like the added noise...to an extent. I love the sound of the car at idle and when accelerating, the car sounds amazing for a v6. However, my car is a daily driver and I have a somewhat long commute to work and the drone of this exhaust can get somewhat annoying especially when you're cruising at 75 on the highway for several hours. I will say though that you do get used to the drone somewhat after some time with the exhaust on the car. As for looks, I love the black 4" tips, they look really nice on my car, much better than polished steel or chrome in my opinion. I had the shop install these with a set of Pypes headers which cost me $600 which isn't terrible and only took a few hours for them, so remember to set aside some cash for install if you're not doing it yourself. Overall, I would recommend this exhaust kit and makes your v6 sound like a beast, but I am looking for some noise reduction solutions to quiet done the drone of the exhaust inside of the car.
